    Job Overview

    WINGS Brand Activations is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive in JP Nagar, Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, negotiating deals, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates between 06 months - 1 year of experience in sales. Join us and be a part of our successful sales team

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Sales experience is a plus, but freshers with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to negotiate and persuade effectively
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Strong presentation and convincing skills
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Generate sales leads and actively seek out new business opportunities
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
    • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients
    • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
    • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales projects
    • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management
