Job Role:

We seek a visionary leader to spearhead the growth and expansion of our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services, spares, and after-sales divisions across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for propelling revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering strong relationships with clients in the industrial wastewater treatment sector, including ZLD, ETPs, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to elevate the O&M, Spares, and Services business unit, aligning it with Merito's overarching objectives.
Identify and capitalize on fresh business opportunities within O&M contracts, spare parts sales, and retrofitting/upgradation services.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to refine our service offerings and stay ahead in the industry.
Design and implement effective pricing strategies and cost models for service contracts.
Guarantee seamless execution of O&M contracts, upholding exceptional safety and operational standards.
Foster collaboration between project execution teams to facilitate smooth commissioning-to-O&M transitions.
Optimize spare parts planning, procurement, and inventory management to ensure timely availability.
Nurture strong vendor partnerships to guarantee timely delivery of critical components.
Provide unparalleled after-sales support and respond promptly to client concerns.
Establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
Ensure the O&M and service teams receive comprehensive training and skill development.

Essential Qualifications:

Engineering degree coupled with management expertise.
5-10 years of experience in O&M, after-sales services, and spare parts management, preferably within industrial water treatment, ZLD, ETP, or process equipment industries.
Detailed understanding of ZLD, ETPs, and process equipment.
Proven track record in sales, business development, P&L management, and team leadership.
Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Aptitude to analyze data, derive insights, and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
Willingsness to travel as required.
