    Select Brands operates under the umbrella of a multi-brand model, focusing on developing consumer brands across various categories with a digital-first approach. Our target markets include niche segments such as Home & Decor, Personal Care, Grocery Gourmet, and DIY & STEM Toys.

    Presently, we have two live brands:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Developing and implementing performance marketing strategies and campaigns, overseeing their performance and budget across Meta and Google platforms.
    • Planning content creation aligned with revenue targets and budget allocations.
    • Monitoring and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sessions, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per thousand (CPM), cost per click (CPC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall budget management.
    • Focusing on revenue growth, optimizing conversion rates, managing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and refining audience targeting and segmentation.
    • Providing leadership and guidance to the performance marketing team.
    • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to align strategies and goals
    • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign performance
    • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing page experiences
    • Manage budgets, bids, and campaign pacing to achieve cost-efficiency and maximize ROI.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.

    Key Skills

    • 5 years of experience of performance marketing
    • Content Planning

    • Capable enough to judge the creatives
    • Min 3 years of experience in D2C as a manager
    • Should have managed monthly spends of 70 lacs - 1 cr on META
    • Core Expertise in META and Google Ads
