- Developing and implementing performance marketing strategies and campaigns, overseeing their performance and budget across Meta and Google platforms.
- Planning content creation aligned with revenue targets and budget allocations.
- Monitoring and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sessions, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per thousand (CPM), cost per click (CPC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall budget management.
- Focusing on revenue growth, optimizing conversion rates, managing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and refining audience targeting and segmentation.
- Providing leadership and guidance to the performance marketing team.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to align strategies and goals
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign performance
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing page experiences
- Manage budgets, bids, and campaign pacing to achieve cost-efficiency and maximize ROI.
