    Description

    Job Responsibilities

    • Point of contact for website-related questions for internal stakeholders as well as troubleshooting for CMS questions.
    • Work with a variety of key stakeholders both within global marketing and beyond to create, modify, and refresh site content for audiences such as clients, recruits, and alumni. Advise on best content layout and best use of content archetypes.
    • Work with local markets to consider how local content is placed within the global experience and the impact translation has on the overall site experience.
    • Perform daily content updates and analysis for web sites.
    • Learn and track the content on the sites and suggest opportunities for featuring content in new, fresh ways. Identify opportunities for conversion to better connect Companie's online presence.
    • Propose layout ideas and site enhancements--including site design, functionality, and features--to the digital platforms and marketing directors.
    • Responsible for testing new site functionality in regard to user perspective as well as quality of overall user interface.
    • Research and act as best practice resource on web usability and user experience to key stakeholders. Document best practices.
    • Manage quality assurance processes; ensure that the functionality, copy, and graphics are working properly on the sites.
    • Track and report analytics; use data as key input to future web content efforts.
    • Performing other duties as assigned or required.

    Basic Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 3-5 years of professional experience; experience in online marketing, projects, or digital media critical.
    • Experience with Web site development a plus.
    • Proficient in project management

    Key Competencies

    Technical and functional expertise

    • Familiar with HTML, Photoshop, and Adobe Analytics.
    • Knowledge of online publishing and digital media essential
    • Experience with working with content management systems; knowledge of custom-built CMS a plus.
    • Familiar with programming and database concepts and options but is not a programmer.
    • Act as a subject matter expert within depth knowledge of content and Web best practices.
