    The Role

    You will be responsible for :

    • Training strategy and Identification of training needs and prepare an effective training program for all the employees.
    • Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
    • Collaborate with the managements, HODs and Managers to identify annual training and development needs.
    • Develops training and development programs to meet the identified training needs.
    • Release the training calendar basis the training needs.
    • Administrator to spending against the budget.
    • Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
    • Trains and coaches Managers, Supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
    • Schedule appropriate training sessions.
    • Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures to impart the learning
    • Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
    • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
    • Modifies programs as needed.
    • Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.

    Ideal Profile

    • You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Industrial.
    • Strong presentation skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
    • You have working knowledge of leadership program, organizational development, OD, L&D, L&OD, Skill matrix and Training Module
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
    • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
    • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
