    Description
    We're looking for a Sales Lead to oversee multiple Team Leads managing teams of Business Development (BD) representatives.

    Your role is crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence through effective leadership and Lead and manage multiple Sales Leads to achieve revenue targets.


    • Drive adoption of KPIs and ensure input matrix hygiene across teams.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
    • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
    • Build strong client relationships and address challenges for maximum sales opportunities.
    • Lead recruitment, training, and development of BD representatives.
    • Own the topline growth and revenue trends across various zones.
    • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to senior Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales leadership roles.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
    • Resultsoriented with a proactive and adaptable approach.
