    An ideal candidate will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies for the US Market, focusing on building and managing Global Enterprise Sales teams, operations, and strategies. By conducting market analysis and researching trends, they will identify opportunities to achieve top-line targets.

    Job Description

    Hiring in our Global Sales and Marketing organization presents an opportunity for a complete end-to-end Sales process management with leading US/Global clients.

    The company's policy is to have the Sales Leader plan quarterly US visits to sell directly to US clients, rather than relying on remote communication. Cardinal follows the Sandler Sales process, which we believe you will find rewarding and fulfilling.

    We offer the opportunity to build your sales team as you see fit, in conjunction with Cardinal's top management team. This collaboration aims to meet both our enterprise sales strategy goals and boost the top line.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Planning: Involve senior management to design and execute the overall enterprise sales strategy to drive revenue growth from the US Market.
    • Customer Engagement: Refine customer and channel partner engagement processes to foster strong relationships and improve sales outcomes.
    • Pipeline Management: Responsible & accountable to achieve Enterprise Division Yearly Revenue Targets from the US Market by managing a robust sales pipeline and following rigorous pipeline management processes.
    • Team Management: Oversee the delivery of goods and services, manage successful implementation/deployment of products at the customer end, and convey market analysis for feature enhancements.
    • Account Management: Single Point of Contact for zonal managers, onboard new Account Managers, Zonal Managers, and Pre-Sales Managers, and develop strong relations with Large System Integration (SI), Distributors, and Managed Service Providers across the US market.
    • Negotiations and Contracts: Manage complex commercial and legal negotiations/contracts.
    • Representation: Represent CCG in various events and conferences, presenting to large audiences confidently.

    Requirements

    • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in inside sales, with a strong focus on digital and AI technologies.
    • Skills
      - In-depth knowledge of digital sales strategies and AI-driven sales tools.
      - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
    • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools, familiarity with AI technologies and their application in sales.
