Job purpose - The role incumbent will be responsible for independently managing and driving key technology projects relating to Data Management & Governance, business change requests and technology initiatives for key systems. Create Data Technology Road Map that enables solid enterprise data strategy. Incumbent shall be self-driven and will work independently with stakeholders across departments. The incumbent will also be owning technology innovations, performance improvements and compliance activities.
Role Description- Understand the business requirement & challenges and convert them into solution design and ensure implementation
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL methodology making use of cloud-based technologies like AWS
Strong experience in building modern data warehouse including structured and unstructured data
Experience in data quality identification and implementation of data governance principles
Ensure and publish progress of key projects periodically.
Knowledge of end-to-end loan origination, maintenance, and servicing, with loan accounting, recon and related processes
Coordinate with the vendors and in house teams for prioritization, planning, delivery, and deployment
Perform sanity testing, issue reporting and tracking.
Handle audit and compliance activities for the systems.
Track agreed SLAs with vendors, process vendor invoices.
Identify gaps and opportunities for increasing process and operational efficiency with measurable outcomes
Qualification & experience - Years of experience: 7-10 years of experience
Good experience in of Data Warehouse, Data Modelling, AWS, Glue, Python, Kafka, API, Databases like Postgres, Oracle, Snowflake, Application Management, LOS, LMS.
Good to have, not mandatory – MBA
Essential skills -Solution Architect with ability to independently manage and execute data projects end to end, requirement analysis, mapping requirements to system solutioning, vendor management, analysis of issues and providing resolutions.
Exposure to lending systems and domain will be an advantage
Technology skills – AWS, Snowflake, Postgres, API, client server architecture
