    Job Description for BDM (SAAS Sales)

    We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager in SaaS product to join our growing team Your main goal would be to create & identify rising business opportunities, manage the sales process & relationship with clients and help us to scale our product.

    • Responsibilities include:Prospect new business opportunities for our HR Tech SaaS product
    • Contact potential clients and explore new business opportunities to create long-term successful partnerships worldwide
    • Arrange and lead product demonstrations
    • Develop quotes and proposals for clients
    • Provide an outstanding follow-up and overall process experience
    • Frequent communication of business status to the team including sales updates, decision support analytics and new business leads
    • Explore Cross-selling opportunities with the team

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree (Management, Marketing, other) or relevant experience;
    • Tech & goal driven mindset;
    • Business oriented, dynamic and eager to conquer the HR:tech world;
    • Team player, critical thinking and awesome communication skills
    • People oriented It is imperative to control emotions and solve daily problems productively.
    • Attention to detail and unlimited curiosity.
