JobSummary:
The Jr.

Account Executive will help in preparing financial reports to trackthe organization s assets liabilities profitand loss tax liabilities and other related financial activities.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.Duties/Responsibilities (Insupporting the Sr. Accountant)Performs general cost accountingand other related duties in the accounting department.
Preparing periodic (monthly) balance sheetsincome statements and profit and lossstatements. Maintainsthe general ledger. Codes invoices sets upnew accounts reconciles accounts and closes the monthly books.
Reconciles bank accounts at least monthlyverifies deposits and addresses inquiries frombanks. Reconcilescustomer accounts and manages accounts receivable collections.
Verifies payment of invoices associated withaccounts payable and ensures payments arecharged to the appropriate accounts.
Provides outside auditors with assistance;gathers necessary account information anddocuments to perform annual audit.
Files required tax forms with federal stateand local government agencies. Asappropriate coordinates with software vendor to maintain accountingsoftware system; recommends updates toenhance the accounting software.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Extensive knowledge of generalfinancial accounting and cost accounting.
Understanding of and ability to adhere togenerally accepted accounting principles.
Highly proficient withaccounting software (Tally)Excellent organizationalskills and attention to detail. Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft OfficeSuite or similar software.

Education andExperience:

Bachelor s degree inAccounting Finance or related discipline required.
Two to Three years of accounting experiencerequired.
