    Key Skills:

    • 2-4 years of hands-on business operations experience within IT domain.
    • Excellent Oral and written communication skills.
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Degree in Science or Engineering
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Must be self-motivated, a natural problem solver, and able to follow the process proactively, as well as the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Essential to have a passion for technology-centric business and provide outstanding service

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work with Business development team and engineering team to work on new project opportunities.
    • Ensure project coordination from CRM and delivery management tools of the projects and manage end to end work flow.
    • Build contracts and SOWs for customers for new project opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and contribute to the development of process improvement strategies.
    • Support the monitoring and tracking of progress on process improvement projects and report updates to senior management.
    • Help with compliance and Audits related to business.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ensure all business operations are operating smoothly and align with our quality standards.
    • Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures.
