    Senior Quantity Surveyor / Construction Manager

    This leadership role combines quantity surveying, project engineering, and construction management to lead commercial, billing, estimation, and end-to-end project execution across large infrastructure and building projects.

    1. Lead BOQ preparation (bill of quantities), cost estimation analysis for infrastructure and building projects
    2. Manage budgets (₹25-₹30 LPA) with ongoing forecasting tracking
    3. Evaluate subcontractor quotations supporting techno-commercial negotiations & prepare tenders for residential commercial industrial & EPC Projects.
