JobDescription:
Animportant position in the organization to take care of PCBDesign.

Experience/Requirement Experience withZuken CADSTAR Willingness to learn and workwith Zuken CADSTAR (if not experienced in CADSTARbuthas experience with similartools) Experience of complete PCB designlife cycle in designing Analog Digital and Mixed Signal boards formission critical applications for military and airborneapplications.

Experience with High SpeedDigital design (like processors DDR4 memory)differentialinterfaces (like PCI ExpressLVDS) Experience of Mixed Signal designs andHigh Density designs (like Ultra Fine PitchBGAsQFN & DFN packagessizediscretes) Experience in RF and PowerCircuits is desirable.

Familiarity with PCBmanufacturing technology and standards various types oflaminates(flexi rigid flexirigid) varioustypes of PCBs (like commercial MIL Grade)Familiarity with thermal design aspects techniques for EMI/EMCcompliance.

Good and working knowledge ofIPCstandards.

Roles&Responsibilities:

Design experience in PCBs up to 10 Layers andmore Maintaining the SymbolLibrary and creating new symbols SchematicEntry with the assistance of Design TeamComponent Placement Routing Design of Stack up Routing GerberGeneration Coordinating with Mechatronicsfor deciding position and orientation of connectors suitable cutouts for proper fitment in the enclosure location and dimension ofmounting holes and providing adequatemargin.

Coordination with design teams forverification and clearance of placement routing layers and stackup. Generating Bill of Material (automatic)and other documents and inputs required forPCBassembly byProduction. Generating various documentsrequired by the Design Team as in the format prescribed by thecertifying agency. Coordination with PCBmanufacturing agencies and clearing the queries and DFMissues. Coordination with design analysis(like thermal analysis and signal integrity analysis) agencies andproviding them with necessary data. Ensuringportability of symbols and PCB design toOrCAD. Documentation and Report Generationas per AS9100D. Guiding managing workallocation and supervising the teammembers.
