    Description


    Please note that this position is for a Global footwear brand and we are preferably looking for candidates from retail domain only.

    We need candidates who have experience in managing complete employee lifecyle of retail employees.


    We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in retail HR business partnering with focus on complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.


    Primary responsibilities:
    HR Systems+HR compliances(Payroll) person plays a critical role in supporting existing HR system in company and also prepare required analysis and reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually) and full HR database


    • SPOC for newly launched ERP System including Preparing Manuals, Training Store Managers, Staff Training and related queries.
    • Handle all HR systems issues and resolve in coordination with Headquarters.
    • Handle HR database and all systems related management and troubleshooting.
    • Prepare HR analysis and KPI reports and weekly/monthly T&A management reports. Educate across organisation bss leaders
    • Support on Payroll process by preparing inputs monthly 6. MIS and HR admin role
    • Audit responsibilities - HR audit role in retail stores.

    Education Requirements :

    • Graduation as minimum and at lease 36 years experience in HR ERP system mandatory WORKFORCE SOFWARE, WORKDAY /MIS/Analytics/payroll > Strong excel skills
    • Logical Thinker with understanding systems and its functionalities
    • Experience in payroll management will added advantage
