    • The incumbent will oversee operational processes, ensure timely SLA achievement, drive developmental initiatives for Retention and Succession planning across levels,

    • Drive significant process re-engineering efforts to enable tangible benefits globally,

    • Provide strategic direction to operations teams with over 1000 employees under management,

    • Maintain project margins through effective cost management practices,
      lManage productivity by maintaining adequate staffing levels according to requirements.
