    Major Roles & Responsibilities

    1. Have a point of view and can distinguish between "good" and "great" work.
    2. Strong hands on skills which should range from designing using Photoshop to coding UI mockups.
    3. Hands-on work on Motion Graphics Design tools such as Adobe After Effects/ Premier Pro/ Flash/ Photoshop / Illustrator / Dreamweaver / Fireworks / Figma.
    4. A design portfolio demonstrating breadth and proven experience in product and services marketing communication, storyboarding, visual design work, VFX, and a thorough understanding of a good design process is required.
    5. Have the ability to work on digital marketing strategies, define work-flows, write concepts and graphics to generate interest in Searce's products, brands and services.
    6. Have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, and solve problems quickly.
    7. Successfully overcome design challenges and understand the need for testing and iteration of new user experiences.
    8. Have a track record in creating highly functional, user-focused, complete, and desirable visual experiences and designs.
    9. Be innovative, enthusiastic, flexible and creative.
    10. Demonstrate excellent project management and scheduling skills.

    Education & Experience

    Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least a Bachelor's degree in Design (B.Des./B.VA).

    1. A Motion Graphics Designer who envisions and creates the next generation of video content for our three P's - People, Partners, and Prospects.
    2. A design pioneer, who will invent user interfaces that combine speech, touch and other modalities to drive intuitive interactions on smartphones, tablets, and other connected consumer devices.
    3. Bring passion and dedication to his/her job and become a storyteller through exceptional and engaging visual designs.
    4. The ability to combine strategy with design thinking to deliver an experience like our audience never had before.
