- Supervise and execute field construction activities related to linear infrastructure projects such as railways, metro rail, LRT, monorail, highways, and expressways
- Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and approved safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely project progress
- Monitor daily site operations, maintain construction logs, and report progress and issues to senior engineers or project managers
- Conduct quality checks and assist in resolving technical issues on-site
- Interpret civil engineering drawings and assist in layout marking and construction supervision
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety regulations, and material usage standards
- Assist in site measurements, quantity estimation, and reporting
- Support survey activities as needed; knowledge of survey engineering will be an added advantage
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for effective execution and site coordination
