Job summary
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting ASMs and dealership staff to resolve product issues.
This includes collaborating with field teams to collect technical reports related to electric vehicles identifying critical issues escalating them quality assurance joint visits monitoring warranty claims tracking trends implementing corrective actions developing communicating service bulletins conducting joint visits analyzing root causes of EV-related issues providing technical support training ensuring prompt resolution minimizing downtime.
