    Product Owner - Manager ( Data Analytics ) will support the Clearing and Post-Trade Product Management team with prioritizing, planning, analysis, development, and useracceptance testing for CME Clearing's OTC/ETD Dynamic Reporting Framework to join trade,position, risk, margin, risk analytic and collateral data sets.

    The Manager will partner withinternal groups to include Clearing Risk, Sales, Marketing, Enterprise Architecture, Technology,Execution and Strategy and Legal to expand and strengthen Clearing Services.


    Position Purpose & Accountabilities:

    • Demonstrating leadership and ownership of the product, and inspiring others to share andcontribute to the product vision and goals.
    • Participate in sprint and system demos, provide feedback in PI Retrospectives to reflecton progress, improvement, opportunities, and outcomes.
    • Scope, refine and prioritize user stories, enablers, and technical debt items in scope for asprint.
    • Continuously monitors the product's performance, gathering feedback from customersand stakeholders using data driven insights to make informed decisions and prioritizefuture improvements.
    • Maintains a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, emerging trends, and newtechnologies that may impact the product's success.
    • Use a framework to communicate program and project level details and timelines withPOD members.
    • Coordinate dependency resolution with other Product Owners and other stakeholders.
    • Support Domain/Solution architects to define and discharge non-functional requirements.
    • Collaborate with the Product Manager to define an overarching strategy, vision and long-term roadmap.
    • Acts as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders on matters related to POD.Driveprocess discipline across the vision, development, and implementation life cycle
    • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, ensuring user engagement and testing rigor
    • Think strategically and tactically, to design and implement deliverables, with theflexibility to adjust to new innovations, regulations and priorities.
    • Implement resource, governance and organization structure to deliver thetransformational initiatives as required in order to deliver results in a complexenvironment.

    Skills & Software Requirements:

    • Good understanding of Derivatives, Pricing models, VaR and Futures/Options market.
    • Knowledge of VBA, Python, Big Query is required. Proficiency with OOP in Java,C++/C# is beneficial.
    Proven ability to lead large scale, cross-functional initiatives in Business Intelligencespace.GCP experience is must
    • Prior hands-on on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Looker required. Experience in Data Analytics is must
    • Familiarity with Analytical concepts of Forecasting, Correlation and see trends with data.
    • Knowledge on JIRA management and agile methodology. Knowledge of operating onGoogle Cloud Infrastructure.
    • Exhibit intermediate knowledge in SQL/Oracle, database modeling and in databasetuning.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking and attention to detail arecritical
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Strong organization skills and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree is required in a technical discipline, but a master's degree is preferredin the following disciplines- Software Engineering.
    • Work Experience- 8+ years in industry related experience and at least 4+years in PO rolein BI/Market Insights is desired.
    • SAFe PO/PM certification is preferred.
