    Job PurposeThe Manager - Business Planning (IB) will be responsible for market analysis, product planning support, strategic planning, performance monitoring, collaboration and report generation for International markets.

    He/ she will work with cross functional teams of sales, marketing, aftermarket, etc. for delivering the business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities


    Market Analysis and Product Planning support:Understanding markets in the International Business landscape for Royal Enfield (RE), understanding the market volume data in each market with respect to RE's nomenclature for analysis - Commuter, PST, Mid Size, Large displacement, etc.

    Competition analysis in the SOG and Eye Ball segments as defined by RE. Establish customer preferences in each market, product analysis and comparison, etc.

    Collaborate with product strategy team to determine the potential for product offerings, features, price based on market demand and competitive landscape.


    Strategic Planning:

    Support the Business Heads (IB) and Business Planning department in the development of long-term business strategies, setting volume goals and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

    Be able to adapt plans and strategies in response to changing market conditions, customer feedback or other internal factors.
    Identify potential risks to the business such as regulatory changes, supply chain disruptions, economic downturns and develop mitigating strategies.

    Performance Monitoring:
    Establishing the current retail sales capacity in each IB market.

    Tracking the daily/weekly/monthly performance of RE sales performance in each of the IB market to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and identify areas for improvement.

    Tracking the market expansion as submitted in the annual business plans and advising course correction based on market performance.

    Collaboration:

    Working closely with departments such as product strategy, brand management, marketing, sales, service, operations and finance to align business plans, budgets and ensure coordinated execution.

    Presenting business plans, financial forecasts, strategic initiatives to internal stakeholders and external partners through planned performance dashboards created with the help of the data visualization team.


    Reports:
    Outline the list of reports to be published as required by management and by the business teams.
    Work closely with the data visualization team to ensure that all the requirements are met on time, in full.

    EducationBachelor's degree in Business, Statistics or a relevant field / B. E / B. Tech degree with post graduation/certification related to data analytics.

    Experience5+ years relevant experience in a similar roleExperience in the automotive/ FMCG sector
