- Registration/ Renewal/amendment/De-registration under Shops & Commercial Establishment Act for applicable functional offices/projects across the group companies.
- Principal Employer Registration/amendment under Contract Labour Act for applicable functional projects across group companies.
- Registration under Building and other Construction Worker Act for applicable projects.
- Timely Filing of Monthly/ Quarterly/Half / Annual returns under various Labour Acts/Rules/ Laws applicable to our Industries
- Responsible for submitting Notice of Commencement under Various Labour Laws.
- Responsible to take registration/ de-registration, enrolment of establishment under the Karnataka Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, The Employees Provident Fund Act & The Employees State Insurance Act
- Prepare and provide draft copies of declarations, Deeds etc. to contractor for required compliances according to revised statutory requirements.
- Prepare and issue of Form V along with copy of Principal employer Registration Certificate to Finalized Contractors to obtain Labour License under CLRA for required No's.
- Coordination with Internal teams to implement & ensure compliances.
- Vetting of all Compliance documents of contractors to ensure labour Compliances.
- Contract Labor Compliance management
- Complying with the statutory provisions of employment laws and completion of compliance activities in compliance module.
- Adhering to the labor legislations / principles of natural justice / SOP while dealing with the issues.
- Ensuring closure of all compliance & disciplinary issues within stipulated timelines.
- Drafting of various compliance related letters & reply to the notices served by various labor enforcement authorities.
- Organize Labour Compliance Audits as required to ensure compliance.
- Certifying Contractor Labour Compliance for necessary payment process & provide cost breakup as per the statutory norms and help our teams negotiate best rates.
- Ensure Compliances under Employees Provident Fund Act, The Employees State Insurance Act, 1The Minimum Wages Act & Payment of Wage Act.
- Management of Service Contractor/ Vendor Management:
- Smoothly closure of Statutory Liabilities on Completed projects with suitable compliance documents.
- Responsible for maintaining harmonious relationship between company and Labour/ Statutory/ Govt. Authorities.
- Liaison with relevant Government offices and other competent authorities as and when required
- Monitoring all Contractors compliance across the company projects & guidelines
- Timely filling reply to Labour Notices, Show Cause Notice etc. with statutory Authorities.
- Submit Compliance documents to authorities as and when required for Inspection/ verification.
- Ensure all employees are covered under social security & Welfare Schemes.
- Facility Contractors Invoice Clearance
- Ensuring 100% compliance in all the Projects/Branches/ Regional /Zonal & Head offices of under all the applicable Employment & Labor Laws.
- Responsibility of maintain Contractor data base/bank, Registers, Records under various labour statues & PF transfer Claim, Advance, KYC & Joint Declarations
- Any other duties as may be entrusted from time to time.
