    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:

    • Doing Transaction Monitoring and providing insights for business leading lagging areas.
    • Accountable for planning, monitoring, auditing, delivery of quality assurance information, communication and reporting regarding individuals or group allocated, in different sub-processes/process results.
    • Assist in developing, creating, and implementing quality processes and procedures, and making recommendations for process enhancements.
    • Conduct the quality assurance and reporting processes to ensure assessment of correct accuracy levels of employee and process performance.
    • Understand Sample Size calculation and distribution approach and execute
    • Participation in all the Calibration Sessions (internal / External)
    • Identify the training needs of the associates or improvement opportunities basis gaps identified.
    • Provide timely and detailed feedback and coaching on opportunity areas arising out of the audits done
    • To provide data to operations for quality related PIP (Process Improvement Plan) progression
    • Participate in Operations/business Team Huddles and relevant client interactions (as applicable). Lead Quality related topics in such huddles.
    • To conduct weekly performance update (WPU) covering the latest process updates.
    • Perform other duties as assigned - perform Transaction processing/handle calls (Production tasks) for allocated period or on need basis.

    -3 - 5 years experience in US Healthcare Payor operation.

    2-3 year overall (??) experience in member enrollment (group / plan setup, member maintainance) as per client provided guidelines.

    Hands on experience on enrollment audits, coaching & feedback(Plan and schedule audits of Enrollment process, documents, customer interactions)

    Develop checklist and proceduresto systematically conduct audits

    Knowledge of quality tools is a must

    Certification on six sigma Yellow/Green belt preferred.

    -Experience in payor will be added advantage.

    Good analytical skills on CSAT/NPS will be preferred

    -Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
