Key responsibility areas:
Lead the end-to-end ETL architecting, development process, from requirements gathering to implementation and maintenance.
Undertake data structure mapping between the Product and customer datasets and identify scenario of any gaps.
Ability to process scenarios during discussions related to data quality and validation logics associated with the client datasets
Design and implement scalable and robust ETL solutions to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
Manage and mentor a team of ETL developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Perform data profiling, validation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
Optimize ETL processes for performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data integration strategies and requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and project progress.
Identify and mitigate project risks, and troubleshooting issues to ensure project success.

Educational qualification required: BTech / Product courses / MBA/ Data science courses.
Additional certifications preferred: Results-oriented with a track record of successfully delivering complex data projects.
Preferred geography of previous work experience: India / Europe / APAC / US
Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English.
Technology proficiency preferred: MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Python, Informatica, SSIS, cloud proficiency
