    Description

    Partner with manufacturing and factory teams to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and technology needs, and translate them into IT initiatives and solutions.

    - Lead the implementation and optimization of solutions relevant to manufacturing operations, including Production Planning (PP), Material Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM), Quality Management (QM), and/or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Material Requirement Planning (MRP) processes, ensuring accurate demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and production scheduling.

    - Drive digital factory initiatives to enhance automation, efficiency, and visibility across manufacturing processes, leveraging technologies such as IoT, data analytics, and robotics.

    - Develop and implement solutions for production planning and scheduling, capacity management, and resource optimization, aligning with business priorities and operational requirements.

    - Partner with quality management teams to implement and maintain quality control processes, compliance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    - Collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure robust and secure connectivity for manufacturing systems and equipment.

    - Facilitate change management and adoption of new technologies within the manufacturing environment, providing training, support, and documentation as needed.

    - Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in manufacturing and IT, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

    Qualifications And Education Requirement:

    Academic An MBA (preferably with a BE/BTech) Professional 15+ years of experience in IT business partnering or similar roles, with a focus on manufacturing operations and SAP implementation.

    - Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

    Knowledge & Experience:

    Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Production Planning, Execution, Maintenance, and Quality Management.

    - Hands-on experience with SAP modules relevant to manufacturing operations, such as PP, MM, PM, QM, and MES.

    - Experience with digital factory initiatives, including IoT, data analytics, robotics, and automation technologies.

    - Experience working with industry-specific manufacturing solutions or platforms.
