Job Description:
Lead-based calling to retail customers interested in used car subscriptionExpertise in Outbound calling, WhatsApp handling, and email communicationPrior experience in handling CRM for lead management and communication updates on CRMPrior knowledge of used car sales or car subscription will have additional advantageCreate and implement a monthly sales plan for retail leads/ funnelHandle account management responsibilities and maintain the relationship with the customerPrepare weekly & monthly sales performance reportDevelop and lead a motivated, competent, and cohesive team consistent with defined strategies

Desired candidate:
Strong communication skill & knowledge of basic excel & spread sheet.
Strong negotiation and networking skills. Ability to connect with people across teams and levelsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctlyEntrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive

and ownership, hands-on, result-orientedCreative ability to conceptualize innovative and clutter-breaking campaignsStrong attention to detail in the execution of partnership initiatives
