KRA:
• Receiving and Validating New Part Requests
• Collecting Part Datasheets and Comparison
• Collecting Supplier Documents and Certifications
• First Level of Suppliers Qualification
• Collecting Quotations and Proposals
• Quotations Qualification and Comparison
• Conducting L1 Negotiations
• Preparing Draft Agreements with Suppliers
• Supplier Assessments and Visits
KPI: Develop multiple vendors to avoid dependency on single source, obtain the right material at a competitive price
