- Managing company's procurement activities & oversee acquisition, installation and commissioning of office equipment's.
- Awarding of Service Contracts & entering into Annual Maintenance Contracts with vendors for various services thereby ensuring smooth flow of work in the organization.
- Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money.
- Post Joining formalities like issuing Identity/Access Cards, Office Stationery, Meal Pass, Seating Arrangement, PC/Desktop arrangements to new joinees.
- Scrutinizing & processing Administration related vendor payments
- Employee related MIS and data Management.
- Petty Cash Management.
- Cafeteria Management.
- Inventory Management.
- Assuring office is neat & stocked with necessary supplies like Housekeeping/Pantry Materials for better functionality.
- Supervising Outsourced Staff like Security, Housekeeping, Office Boys, Pantry boys, Drivers etc.
- Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of Office Equipment's, Electronic Appliances, Furniture, Furnishings, Company owned Vehicles, Building etc.
- Ensuring that the firefighting equipment's like fire extinguishers/Water Sprinklers/Smoke Detectors etc are in working condition.
- Providing complete travel solution to employees as per their request & eligibility (Hotel, Flight, Train, Car booking etc)
- Renewal of all applicable legal agreements.
