Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Project Manager based in Chennai. The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of interior design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and contractors, managing logistics, expediting project timelines, conducting inspections to maintain standards, and ensuring successful project completion. As a key point of contact, the Project Manager will maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee complex projects effectively
- Skills in Expediting and experience as an Expeditor to ensure smooth project workflows
- Knowledge of Logistics Management and Inspection to guarantee proper delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team management
- Previous experience in interior design or construction project management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
