    JobDescription:
    TheManager Volunteer Management will own and implement NGO s shorttermvolunteer engagement programme in education. The manager will beresponsible for piloting and then scaling new initiatives that willengage shortterm volunteers for the education of children. Themanager will be promoting a strong culture of volunteerism withimpact. They will work in collaboration with our volunteer leadsvolunteer recruitment marcoms and other teams towards achievingprogram and organization goals.

    RoleandResponsibilities:
    • Designeducation initiatives for engaging shortterm volunteers in a largescale across our country monitor and report the outcomes to allrelevantstakeholders.
    • Buildsystems processes culture and the team (volunteers and volunteers)to support the programme focusing on monitoring Evaluation andlearning continuous improvement and rapidgrowth.
    • Engageall stakeholders in shaping shared goals strategies for theprogramme to maximize impact andreach.
    • Providesupport to the volunteers to envision the goals for theircenters/cities/projects and the required guidance to meet thesame
    • Leadcoach nurture employees volunteer coordinators/leaders into a highperformance team and promote a strong culture of volunteerism andorgvalues.
    EducationalQualification/Experience:
    • Minimumtwo years experience in managing ateam.
    • Teachingand volunteering experience is amust.
    • Excellencein project management with the ability to coach staff manage anddevelop highperformance teams set and achieve strategic. objectivesand manage abudget.
    • AnyGraduate or Postgraduatepreferred.
    Knowledgeand Skill setsrequired:
    • Abilityto drive outcomeoriented plans through the team s collectiveeffort.
    • Goodinfluencing skills people engagement networking and listeningskills.
    • Goodwritten and verbal communicationskills.
