    Job Description for Scrum Master – to work on Complex Project with multiple stakeholders' interaction.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our team.

    The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the success of complex projects by facilitating Agile methodologies and promoting collaboration among cross-functional teams.

    The Scrum Master will interact closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met effectively and efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Act as a servant leader and Agile coach, guiding teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile principles and practices.


    • Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and promote transparency and collaboration.


    • Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration to understand project requirements, priorities, and constraints.


    • Empower cross-functional teams to self-organize and make informed decisions, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.


    • Identify and address impediments and roadblocks that hinder team progress, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively and timely.


    • Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, working with teams to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize impact on project delivery.


    • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within teams, encouraging experimentation, feedback, and adaptation to optimize processes and maximize project outcomes.


    • Define and track key performance metrics to measure team productivity, predictability, and quality, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and status.


    • Foster collaboration and alignment among distributed teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives, priorities, and dependencies.


    • Facilitates PI Planning, helps in defining features and user stories.


    • Drive team towards organizational vision/mission. Aware of OKR(Objectives and Key Results) ways of working

    Requires Skills


    • PSM/CSM or equivalent Agile certification required.


    • Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in complex project environments.


    • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with experience implementing Agile methodologies in cross-functional teams.


    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.


    • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.


    • Experience working with distributed teams and managing stakeholder relationships in diverse environments.


    • Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)


    • Should be flexible to perform IT PM Activities
