Job Description:

Must be proficient with Tally

The person will also be the main custodian for inventory.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. The role will involve the following responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining accurate financial records using Tally software.

Performing daily accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.

Handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Managing inventory and maintaining accurate stock records.

Performing regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

Tracking inventory movements and reconciling physical inventory with the inventory system.

Identifying and investigating inventory discrepancies and taking corrective action.

Coordinating with other departments to ensure proper inventory management.

Providing regular reports on inventory levels, movements, and costs.

Experience:

The candidate should have minimum 1 -2 years of Experience In Tally and Accounting and Stores.

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
