    Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Senior Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for various positions within our organization, playing a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, HRMS tools, Attendance Management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successfully filling positions across different departments and levels.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
    • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
    • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
    • Handling HRMS tools like Keka.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings, ensuring a steady flow of talent.
    • Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
    • Manage candidate relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing regular updates and feedback on their application status.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and facilitating the orientation process.
    • Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
    • Participate in employer branding initiatives, including attending recruiting events, hosting informational sessions, and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.

    Qualifications:

    At least 70% above throughout my academic career.

    • Proven track record of successfully filling positions across different departments and levels, including technical, non-technical, and leadership roles.
    • Domain Experience is IT Industry is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and interview methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
    • High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and integrity.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software/tools.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
