    Role and Responsibilities

    The Regional Technical Program Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation and management of audit and security initiatives across the region. This individual will serve as a bridge between various teams, coordinating their efforts to achieve common objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Program Management:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans for regional audit and security initiatives.
    • Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
    • Identify and manage risks and dependencies associated with projects.
    • Team Coordination:
    • Foster collaboration and communication among diverse teams, including audit, security, operations, and compliance.
    • Facilitate effective knowledge sharing and problem-solving across teams.
    • Resolve conflicts and ensure alignment with regional and organizational goals.
    • Audit and Security Initiatives:
    • Support the planning and execution of internal and external audits.
    • Coordinate the implementation of security measures and controls to mitigate risks.
    • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on the progress of audit and security initiatives.
    • Analyze audit findings and security incidents to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Provide recommendations for corrective actions and preventive measures.
    • Stakeholder Management:
    • Engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather requirements and address concerns.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and global leadership.
    • Communicate effectively and proactively to keep stakeholders informed.

    Deliverables

    • Comprehensive program plans for regional audit and security initiatives.
    • Timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
    • Effective coordination and collaboration among teams.
    • Regular reports on the progress of audit and security initiatives.

    Experience And Skills

    • years of experience in audit, security, or related fields
    • Strong understanding of audit, Security methodologies and standards
    • Proven experience in managing technical projects and initiatives.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of security frameworks and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA)
