Hi thereWe arehiring Junior Fullstack Developer to join our team for MumbaiOffice
Youwill build and maintain the technology infrastructure of an aienabled world of work and you will be a key individual workingalongside experienced AI ML engineers to implement ourrevolutionary career guidance AI ( Neuroda).
Responsibilities:

• Createthe technology infrastructure of our simulator platform working onboth the frontend and backend to create a seamless and engaginguser experience.
• Integrate existing elements ofA.I ( Open AI) to our platform.
• Be the primarypoint of contact for all technologyrelated matters providingtechnical leadership and guidance for all our companyproducts.
• Working alongside AI ML engineersduring the development of our career guidance AI and integrating itto our existing products.
• Ensure the stabilityand performance of our technology infrastructure identifying andaddressing potential bottlenecks and issuesproactively.
• Tackle complex technologychallenges and provide innovative solutions to enhance thesimulators functionality and userexperience.
• Collaborate closely withcrossfunctional teams including designers data scientists andbehavioral scientists to integrate their expertise into thesimulator.
• Implement best practices for testingcode reviews and quality assurance to maintain a high standard ofsoftware quality.
• Stay uptodate with industrytrends and emerging technologies and apply this knowledge toenhance ourplatform.

Skills/Requirements:

• Minimum2 Year of work experience in SoftwareEngineering
• Bachelors or Masters degree inComputer Science Software Engineering or a relatedfield.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies(HTML CSS JavaScript) and modern frontend libraries and frameworks(e.g. React Angular or ).
• Strongknowledge of serverside technologies and frameworks (e.g. Node.jsPython Ruby on Rails or .NET).
• Experience withdatabase systems and architecture (SQL NoSQLetc.).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructureand deployment (e.g. AWS Azure GoogleCloud).
• Familiarity with Game Development toolslike ( Unity and Unreal) is a plus.
• Strongcommunication skills and the ability to convey complex technicalconcepts to nontechnical team members.
• Acommitment to maintaining high standards of code quality testinganddocumentation.
