- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills

- Hardware Diagnostics and troubleshooting - Diagnose and repair hardware malfunctions, including but not limited to CPUs, RAM, motherboards, storage devices, and graphics cards.
- Identify and resolve hardware-related issues through systematic troubleshooting.
- Hardware installation and Configuration - Install and configure computer hardware components, peripherals, and accessories.
- Ensure compatibility of new hardware with existing systems.
- Preventive Maintenance and repair - Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent hardware failures.
- Conduct hardware inspections and implement proactive measures to address potential issues.
- Assist in implementing security measures to protect hardware assets from unauthorized access or damage.
- Preferably should have VR hardware knowledge.
- VR hardware knowledge is an added advantage.
- A degree or certification in electronics and telecommunication or electronics or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in computer hardware troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
- Strong knowledge of computer architecture, hardware components and peripherals
- Familiarity with operating systems and software applications
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and document skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Salary Range: 2.4LPA to 3LPA
