Growth, Sales & Community InternAbout the Internship
We are looking for a high-energy, curious, and execution-focused intern who wants real startup exposure across EdTech sales, platform research, and community building.
This internship is outcome-driven and designed for candidates who want hands-on learning with measurable impact.Internship Objectives
Learn real-world sales conversion techniques in EdTech.
Gain exposure to client and opportunity research on professional platforms.
Build practical experience in social media management and community growth.
Develop communication, persuasion, and growth skills.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Conversion Support (EdTech)
Assist in handling inbound leads for EdTech courses.
Communicate with potential learners via WhatsApp, calls, email, and DMs.
Understand course offerings and explain benefits clearly.
Follow up with interested leads and update lead trackers.
Support senior team members in closing deals.
- Platform Research & Outreach
Research potential leads and opportunities on:
Upwork
Freelancer
Identify relevant clients, communities, or users aligned with our offerings.
Draft and test outreach messages under guidance.
Maintain structured data on leads and responses.
- Social Media & Community Assistance
Help with content ideas, captions, and post scheduling.
Engage with comments, messages, and community members.
Support community activities such as events, announcements, and discussions.
Required Skills & Traits (Must-Have)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence to talk to new people and follow up.
Interest in startups, EdTech, sales, or community building.
Basic understanding of social media platforms.
Willingness to learn and take ownership.
Good-to-Have
Prior internship or campus leadership experience.
Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
Basic video or content editing skills.
Experience managing college clubs or online communities.

College student or recent graduate.
