    Description

    The candidate will be a Program Manager for the 'Burgundy Private' proposition which caters to ultra-high net worth clients of the Bank.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Burgundy Private proposition, its features and benefits with an aim to continuously improving it, resulting in increased customer acquisition, customer satisfaction and engagement over the entire life cycle.
  • Collaborate with Cards Product Team to manage Burgundy private Metal credit card in terms of proposition, process, ongoing offers, activation, increasing spends, etc. The candidate will need to extensively collaborate with Cards Team.
  • Identify, present, and execute innovative solutions / opportunities to make the proposition stronger, keeping in mind latest market trends and with the help of consumer insight studies.
  • Manage relevant approvals / integrations / launches throughout implementation for the changes required.
  • Manage projects and initiatives that are required to be executed for running the Burgundy Private proposition on an ongoing basis.
  • Liaise with respective teams in the bank to resolve issues being faced by Burgundy Private clients and ensure root cause of the issue is fixed (where applicable).
  • Provide support to Burgundy Private Partners / Service Partners in the form of training intervention, knowledge enhancement, guidance on proposition/process related queries and resolution of issues being faced by them / their clients.
  • Manage customer communication strategy: Marketing Elements, Go to Market plans, direct to customer communication, website management, etc.
  • Manage internal stakeholders: Updating key stakeholders Partners, Service Partners, Senior Management on the proposition – features and benefits along with changes where applicable.Work closely with various internal groups: IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Process Quality to build on the proposition and processes.
