    Role Overview:

    As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for building deep insights and solutions into the IT requirements of various business segments in India in order to better help IT business leaders best serve their internal customers. You will play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs, proposing solutions, and managing the customer, thereby contributing directly to the company's success. Ultimately, you will be driving sales and revenue growth by leveraging Dexians vast resources to solve customer problems and priorities. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships with GCC clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives.

    Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives effectively.

    Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in targeted market segments.

    Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

    Work closely with the solutions development team to align strategies and solutions with customer requirements.

    Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and customer satisfaction.

    Keep abreast of emerging trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to develop effective sales and solution services strategies.

    Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecast, and business development activities.

    Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure brand consistency and reputation enhancement.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field.

    6-10 years of proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales, or account manager.

    Strong understanding of the IT solutions and services, market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.

    Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and cultivating strategic partnerships.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

    Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite. Preferably also technology and productivity tools.

    Ability to build rapport and collaborate with clients and internal teams.

    Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.
