    **Job Title: HR Executive**

    Role Summary: As an HR Executive specializing in attendance, Compliance, Recruitment and onboarding, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of human resources operations within the organization. You will be responsible for managing attendance records, implementing time management systems, and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees. Your role will involve a blend of administrative tasks, employee engagement, and adherence to organizational policies and regulations.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    1. **Attendance Management:**

    Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, including tracking leave, absences, tardiness, and overtime.

    Implement and manage attendance tracking systems or software to streamline processes and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

    Regularly review attendance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

    2. **Time Management:**

    Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to time management, including work hours, breaks, and time-off requests.

    Assist in the implementation and administration of timekeeping systems, such as biometric scanners, digital time clocks, or software applications.

    Provide training and support to employees and managers on timekeeping procedures and best practices.

    3. **Onboarding:**

    Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork completion.

    Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into their roles.

    Continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding process to enhance the experience for new hires and increase retention rates.

    4. **Compliance and Documentation:**

    Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies regarding attendance, timekeeping, and onboarding procedures.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to attendance, time management, and onboarding activities.

    Prepare reports and documentation as required for audits, payroll processing, or management review.

    5. **Employee Support and Engagement:**

    Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding attendance, time management, and onboarding inquiries or issues.

    Foster a positive and supportive work environment by addressing employee concerns, providing guidance, and promoting employee engagement initiatives.

    Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement strategies for employee retention and satisfaction.

    **Qualifications:**

    • Minimum of 4 to 6 Years experience.

    Any bachelors degree or MSW/MBA.

    Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on attendance management, timekeeping, and/or onboarding.

    Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and timekeeping software/tools.

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

    Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
