As an Engineering Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top engineering talent for our clients. This position requires a deep understanding of engineering roles, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and attracting qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruiting strategies.

Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Facilitate communication and feedback between candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.

Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process.

Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
