Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist.

• The Sales Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, managing sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and implementing marketing campaigns.
• Should have strong communication and customer service skills
• Should have experience in market research and analysis
• Should have ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
• Should have knowledge of sales techniques and principles
• Should have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Should have proficient in using marketing tools and software
• Should have ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
