We have an opening for our client Invaacs Software Technologies (P) Ltd. for their office in Edappally Kochi

The ideal candidate must have

Configuring and maintaining the servers, networked computer system,

including hardware, system software, operating system, domain

controller and applications.

• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system

issues when they arise.

• Manage and monitoring cloud resources.
• Configuring and supporting cloud VM systems.
• Managing requests for cloud services modifications.
• Manage and maintain web sites and domains.
• Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly

and securely.

• Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
• Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when

necessary.

• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issue of our

users.

• Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the

networked computer system.

• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• Documenting any processes which employees need to follow in order

to successfully work within our computing system.

• Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Servers, Windows, AWS, and

Azure.

• Manage and maintain intercom and telephones.
• Manage and maintain DVR and cameras.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From 20,000.00 per month
