    Job Summary

    WM seeks a Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager to manage full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. This role involves collecting and analyzing TA data, assisting the TA Manager with tasks as assigned, and making recommendations to management.

    This position requires an individual to work autonomously while also providing guidance to the team. It is not solely a managerial position.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    This role requires:

    • Autonomy while working collaboratively with the team.
    • Stakeholder and vendor management for talent acquisition.
    • Sourcing, recruiting, and networking using LinkedIn, job boards, and social networking.
    • Source, qualify, submit to job, document in ATS, set up interviews, and extend offers.
    • Managing the applicant tracking system and requisition posting.
    • Utilizing the ATS recruiting database to track, schedule, and interview prospective candidates.
    • Managing salary negotiations, presenting job offers, and facilitating the offer acceptance process.
    • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Collaborating with HR staffers and other departments for a seamless onboarding process.

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    This role may involve supervising direct team members, but it is not a full managerial position. The incumbent should be open to working as an individual contributor.

    Qualifications

    The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

    Education and Experience

    Required:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar area of study.

    Experience

    Required:

    • 10+ years of related experience in Talent Acquisition.
    • Specialized in Fintech hirings.
    • Experience in bulk/fresher hiring.
    • Exposure to US/UK working environments is preferred.
    • Comfortable working from an office environment.

    Work Environment

    Key points regarding environmental demands and work environment:

    • Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, machine operation, etc.) most of the work day.
    • Required to exert physical effort in handling objects less than 30 pounds rarely.
    • Required to be exposed to physical occupational risks (such as cuts, burns, exposure to toxic chemicals, etc.) rarely.
    • Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements rarely.
    • Normal setting for this job is: office setting.
