KeyResponsibilities:

• Conductingtesting activities for PeopleSoft HCMmodules.
  
• Ensuringthe accuracy and reliability of HCM workflows through comprehensivetesting.
  
• Creatingand executing test cases to validate systemfunctionality.
  
• Identifyingand documenting defects and working closely with development teamsto resolvethem.
  
• Collaboratingwith business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirementsand translate them into testscenarios.
  
• Participatingin test planning estimation and strategydevelopment.
  
• Providingregular status updates on testing progress and issuesencountered.
  
• Contributingto the continuous improvement of testing processes andmethodologies.
  
  

Requirements

Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
3 to 8 years of handsonexperience in PeoplesoftTesting.
Strong knowledge ofPeoplesoft HCMworkflows.
Experience in creatingand executing test cases for HCMmodules.
Proficiency in defecttracking and managementtools.
Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills.
Strongcommunication and collaborationabilities.
Ability to workeffectively in a team environment and independently whenrequired.
