As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and exposure in various aspects of HR management. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, with an initial term of less than 1 year. We are looking for a fresher who is eager to learn and grow in the field of HR.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Mandate BBA/MBA in HR
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
    • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
    • Assist in new employee onboarding and orientation
    • Maintain employee records and HR databases
    • Update and distribute company policies and procedures
    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
    • Support HR team in various HR projects and initiatives
    • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends
    • Assist in HR administrative tasks as required
