    Job Title: Solution Architect – Neo4j | Data Mesh | Data Governance (US Shift)

    Location: Remote / On-site (as applicable)

    Shift: US Shift (Night Shift – IST)

    Salary: Based on experience

    About the Role

    We are looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Neo4j, Data Mesh architecture, and Data Governance frameworks. The candidate will design scalable, enterprise-grade data platforms and implement governance strategies aligned with business objectives. This is a US shift role requiring strong communication and client-facing skills.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Design and implement graph-based data architectures using Neo4j
    • Define and implement Data Mesh architecture principles (domain-driven ownership, federated governance, self-serve data infrastructure)
    • Develop enterprise-level Data Governance frameworks (metadata management, lineage, data quality, compliance)
    • Architect scalable, distributed data systems across cloud environments (Azure / AWS / GCP)
    • Lead technical discussions with US stakeholders
    • Create high-level (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) documentation
    • Define data modeling standards and best practices
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards
    • Provide technical leadership to data engineering teams
    Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical Skills:
    • 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture or Solution Architecture
    • Strong hands-on experience with Neo4j (Graph Data Modeling, Cypher Queries, Performance Optimization)
    • Solid understanding of Data Mesh principles and implementation strategy
    • Experience in Data Governance tools (Collibra, Microsoft Purview, Informatica, etc.)
    • Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure preferred)
    • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines
    • Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
    Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills (mandatory for US clients)
    • Strong documentation and presentation skills
    • Leadership and stakeholder management
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with large-scale enterprise data transformation
    • Certification in Cloud Architecture (Azure/AWS)
    • Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, or Financial domain
    • Experience integrating Neo4j with BI tools or real-time analytics systems
    Education
    • Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
