    Description

    Role and Responsibilities

    1. Interacting with educators for day to day operations and building a long-term productive relationship.

    2. Serve as the lead point of contact for all educators session/class scheduling and rescheduling needs.

    3. Take complete ownership of launches of batch and other products.

    4. Coordinating with cross-function teams (marketing, tech, etc.) and also with category leaders.

    5. Operating internal tools/dashboards (Retool, Moderator dashboard, Figma, etc.)
