Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team at Innova Captab Ltd. As a Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our company, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and providing financial advice to support business decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Qualified CA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement and risk
• Provide financial advice and support to management for decision-making
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
• Monitor and forecast cash flow, financial performance, and financial ratios
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax consultants
