    Job Summary:

    The Inside Sales Team - Lead Generation role is responsible for generating potential sales opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential customers and qualifying leads for the sales team. This role involves using various outbound and inbound strategies to identify and engage with prospects. The goal is to create a pipeline of qualified leads and contribute to the overall sales and revenue growth of the company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Prospecting and Outreach:

    · Identify and research potential leads through various sources, including online research, social media, industry databases, and referrals.

    · Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

    · Tailor outreach messages to address the specific needs and pain points of prospects.

    2. Lead Qualification:

    · Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their business challenges and needs.

    · Qualify leads by assessing their level of interest, budget, authority, and timeline (BANT criteria).

    · Determine which leads should be passed on to the sales team for further engagement.

    3. Database Management:

    · Maintain and update lead databases with accurate and up-to-date information.

    · Track and document all interactions with leads for reporting and analysis.

    4. Collaboration with Sales Team:

    · Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

    · Provide valuable insights and information about the leads to help the sales team tailor their approach.

    Performance Metrics:

    · Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

    · Continuously improve lead generation strategies based on data and feedback.

    Qualifications:

    · 1-3 years of Proven experience in a lead generation or inside sales.

    · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Excellent email etiquette and ability to build rapport with potential customers.

    · Proficiency in using , Sales Navigator and other lead management tools.

    · Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.

    Working Conditions:

    · This is a remote working opportunity for now. However, may be asked to work from office post 2024.

    · Will have to follow US Shift timings (7:30 pm to 4:30 am IST).
