    Cluster Manager/Team Leader HNISales

    SUMMARY:

    The Cluster ManagerWealth is the ultimate face of thebusiness.

    (S) He is going to be the responsiblefor generating business from the client with the help ofteam.

    (S) He would be responsible for acquiringHigh Net Worth relationships and managing a team of 810 RMs &retaining such relationships by delivering the best standards ofservices.

    (S) He would be expected to establishstrong ties with them by designing & implementing theirfinancial plans; and then by ensuring that they receive and executeon the right advice.

    PREREQUISITES:

    Team handling experience of atleast 6 peoples

    Cluster Managers with prior experience of working in aBroking/Private bank/wealth management set up.

    Handle and manage clients with a minimum Investment amount of Rs 25Lakhs and above.

    Candidates having good vintagein their present as well as previous companies.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The Cluster Manager will be responsible forhandling team thereby helping and coordinating with the teams foracquiring HNI clients (Affluent & Super Affluent) Maintainingclient relationships and generate AUM from preferredclients.

    Supporting team in advising Affluentclients on their Investments and managing their overall financialportfolio and deepening the wallet from existing clients

    Helping team to Track the Affluent & Super AffluentClient segment in the market for new client acquisition

    To research investigate and update team on availableinvestment opportunities/financial market trend to determinewhether they fit into clients portfolios.

    Tocoordinate with product and research team (Centralize CFP Team) fortaking investment decision for the clients.

    Toconduct and assist in organizing seminars workshops and otherbusiness development activities.

    JOB SPECIFICATIONSREQUIRED:

    Qualifications: AnMBA/PGDM or Graduate (Finance/Marketing) Degree holder or focusededucation in Financial planning/Wealth Management. Otherqualifications like CFP will be an advantage.

    Experience: Minimum 45 yrs in handling HNI RelationshipSales & Financial Planning of HNI Clients from BFSI sector withgood business / market knowledge.

    Havingexperience of handling HNI Client Acquisitions and RelationshipManagement & service.

    DesiredSkill Set:

    Ability to handleteam.

    Ability to inspire trust and confidencein clients.

    Ability to engage clients inmeaningful conversations about their finances and take activeinterest in their financial well being.

    Athorough understanding of financial markets their behaviormovements and expectations with respect to market.

    Ability to process several inputs provided by researchteam and other sources and apply them to the specific context ofseveral clients thus generating insights for clients

    Good oral and written communication skills with clarityof thought speech and expression

    1. Stability at least average of 23 years in each of hislast jobs/ should not have changed more than 2 jobs in last 5years

    4.Candidate who has earned incentives

    5. Hands onexperience in HNI relationships no retail no franchisee network noonline / telecalling sales.

    6. Ability andwillingness to acquire clients not dependent on assignment clientsby organization.

    7. Has passion and willingnessfor field work and relationship management

    8.Preferably from HNI Broking/PCG Desk of Stock Broking EquitySegment organization with High Value relationships

    9. Willing to work in individually capacity
